Skagit Adult Day Program is a supervised daytime program where adults with special cognitive needs, such as Alzheimer’s or other dementias, can participate in a supportive group setting with friends and support.

Participants are welcomed each day with fresh hot coffee, cookies, and conversation. Daily meals are provided to any Skagit Adult Day Program attendee.
Our private pay hourly rate is $19.00, and $9.00 per meal.  Our program hours are from 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and our business office hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

How to Join

There are only a few steps to get plugged in to SADP.

Call Leigh Ann at (360) 755-1235 to schedule a time to tour the facility and ask any questions you may have. You may also pick up the application packet at this time.

Fill out our multi-page application with all the information we need to care for your loved one. Return your application to us as soon as you are able. We will use this information to communicate with your doctor’s office and other related agencies to set up your account.

Once we have all our information submitted and processed, we will call to set up your first visit. Typically, we will invite you and your loved one to join a segment of our program for approximately 1-2 hours, just to get your feet wet.

After you have had your first visit, we can set a schedule that works for you. Our program hours are Monday – Friday, 10am-3pm.
