Skagit Adult Day Program is a supervised daytime program where adults with special cognitive needs, such as Alzheimer’s or other dementias, can participate in a supportive group setting with friends and support.
Daily meals are provided to any Skagit Adult Day Program attendee. Not to mention fresh cookies!
Our private pay hourly rate is $18.00, and $8.00 per meal. Our program hours are from 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and our business office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Current Activities Offered
Our program is designed to nurture participants’ physical and emotional well-being by providing group contact and interaction with peers facing similar circumstances. All activities are modified for each person’s abilities.

Personal care services are available. Showers can be arranged on a case-by-case basis, $30 per service.
Most long-term healthcare insurances are accepted. Possible funding assistance is available through Northwest Regional Council (NWRC).
